Contractors
Our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have a genuine emergency outside of these times, you will find a list of on-call contractors below who can help you.
AN EMERGENCY SITUATION IS ONE THAT CAUSES DANGER TO YOU OR TO OTHERS.
IF THE SITUATION IS NOT DANGEROUS, YOU SHOULD REPORT IT TO US WHEN THE OFFICE REOPENS.
If you instruct a contractor out of hours and the situation is not deemed to be an emergency, you may be charged for the call out fee, the cost of which can be higher than usual when instructed out of hours.
If you instruct your own contractor to handle an emergency situation outside of office hours, be sure to obtain an invoice or receipt. We will endeavour to reimburse you.
If your landlord has Scottish Gas boiler and central heating cover, please contact Scottish Gas in the first instance before instructing one of our on call contractors.
